UGH - cheated so bad last night. My first problem was, I gave in and had a lean cuzine french bread pizza... it counts as a protein and a starch. SHOULD have made a better choice because I was still hungry, so I had a couple almonds... then a rice cake, then a baby bel light chz... THEN another chz! by then I figured, what the hell and ate about 6 mini tootsie rolls. Kicking myself today because all those extras weren't worth it, but last night they just seemed to be.
Oh well, back on again today, trying to not let it get me down. I have a hard time with cheating once, then I keep on cuz, wtf, I already screwed up! Here's to day 1 of good eating (again!)

Was kinda bummed today at weighin... up .4? I have been eating all my foods and NO cheating. I do believe that wonderful time of the month is approaching though... so prob part of the reason. Decided to do takeoff today and tomorrow to get rid of some of the extra water weight. Wish dieting wasn't so damn hard :(
