Hace 15 días me puse seria porque la menopausia no puede ser una excusa permanente.
He empezado gym 3 veces por semana,el primer día con entrenador personal. Hago ayuno intermitente 4 veces por semana y controlo las calorías. Mi meta es perder medio kilo por semana (me sobraban 10), pero en estos primeros 15 días he perdido kilo y medio y estoy muy contenta. De momento quiero comer de todo menos porquerías, sin dejar alimentos de lado, a ver cómo me va.
