Quiero ganar masa muscular y perder grasa a la ves:
Peso 50kg, consumo 70g de proteina aprox,130g de carbos y 30 de grasas, pero a veces alcanzo esto con tan solo 1050 calorías. Voy a poder ganar masa muscular igual?

Dicen que esta milanesa de pollo(al horno y sin aceite) tiene 240 kcal? A mi me parecen bastantes, no es grande
