Holy snow batman! I couldn't make it to the gym, but I actually had fun walking through the snow with my dogs. Now that was a work out for my legs!!!

I'm excited to see what this new year has in store! I know a big part is all on me to follow through. Today is also my little man's 5th birthday, and we're going out to eat for dinner. But I do plan on being mindful of what I eat tonight and throughout the day I'll keep it light.

I'm not waiting for the new year to start being healthy. I'm starting now. I had a bad breakfast (over 900 cal). I'm not mad at myself, but I'm over this I'll start tomorrow attitude. I realize this isn't a diet it is a life style change. Once I lose the weight I can't go back to eating fastfood, candy, and chips. I want this new year to be positive for me in so many way. If I'm not eating healthy that is going to bring me down mentally as well.

I have a mini challenge for myself to get out of the 260s by the end of the year. I really haven't been tempted by Christmas cookies or anything, so I think I'll be ok.

Pop is my greatest weakness! I can give up sweets and chips, and I'm fine, but boy do I crave a coke right now!
