Sempet cheating day 1 minggu karena biasanya kalo mau PMS gabisa ditahan-tahan nafsunya + stress yang tak kunjung reda wkwk mau nya marah-marah mulu, tapi bb tetap turun amazing banget kan gaes😍 (yah walaupun turunnya dikit disyukurin aja lah)
Pas cheating day itu aku makan segalanya. Mulai dari gorengan, nugget, mie, nasi yg sejibun, keripik kerupuk, bahkan makan sayur itu jarang banget. Meskipun sempet naik 2 kg tapi aku percaya itu hanyalah air dan back on track lagi dong (padahal sempet panik juga sebenarnya karena bb naik dan hampir putus asa wkwk😂)
Memang hasil defisit kalori upper bmr + olahraga tidak mengecewakan. Tetap semangaaattt back on track lagi😉💞
