Akhirnya turun di bawah angka 60😅🙏 Hasil OCD 3 minggu plus olahraga 10-15 menit setiap malam. 9 kg to gooo💪💪
Belum maksimal sih OCD-nya, walopun katanya 'boleh makan apa saja', tapi aku ngerasa guilty makanannya msh yg berkalori kotor dan manis2

OCD 4 jam kemaren, seharian makannya di PH. Malemnya langsung hajar HIIT Cardio 10 menit dan Jumping Jacks 100x
pagi ini lambung perih😂
