I've been bad. Haven't logged a weigh in or journal entry in 20 days. Wasn't keen to get on the scale today. In the end the gain isn't too bad, in spite of my behaviour. Feeling good though, and hopefully back on track.

Well, a little over 3 months in and I’m down 28 pounds. Back in January, I set myself a mini goal of losing 35 pounds by today, which is my 60th birthday. My goal may have been a little ambitious and we all know this effort is not an easy one. But I have to admit, I’m extremely pleased with my results so far. At 206.9 pounds, this is the least I have weighed in about 25 years. Already I feel so much better.
As I follow you in FS, I see many successes. Your progress has encouraged me and plays a part in my accomplishments.
Moving forward now to hit that 200 on the scale and then set new goals.
