Still trying to gain muscle while staying lean looking. With my self-imposed food restrictions (not a “diet” per se), I find it harder to gain weight than to lose it, yet I’m never really hungry, I eat my creative snacks, munch while watching tv, etc. I miss some foods sometimes, and sometimes dinner “sides” can be a challenge, but other than that it’s very easy. Starting to really “cut up” in the abs, shoulders, and back. Pretty happy and almost ready for beach weather!

Been trying to eat, eat, eat! Getting a little softer in the stomach, but I need to weight to gain the muscle I’m looking for. I’ll worry about the six-pack later... lol!
