I always want to munch through the afternoon. 3:00 onwards I struggle not to feed my face before dinner. Today is day 2 of apple cider vinegar cocktail instead of munchies. I’m feeling optimistic that this can become a new habit.

I’m trying a chia and cider vinegar drink as an appetite suppressant... anyone have experience with this? Today is the second day and I think it definitely takes the edge off my hunger. I’m trying to get off of daily anti-histamines too.... I’ve read that those increase hunger. Hopefully I can manage my allergies naturally.
