Well this week I did not stick to my overall goal to lose weight weekly. I actually gained .8 pounds. The reason were that although I stuck to my work out regimen I did not stick to my points. I've found out that I have to do both exercise and eat right lesson learned I am definetly going to do better for my next weeks way in. I only have 22 weeks before my deadline and I must make it.

My challenge is to complete 93 workouts over the next 6 months thats basically a workout every other day. 1 down 92 to go!
