dulu awal2 kurangin nasi cuma makan 100gr kok dikit banget wkwk eh sekarang alhamdulillah tiap makan nasi cuma 50gr ternyata bisa juga

pengen belajar gak ketergantungan nasi deh, pengen makan nasi sehari sekali aja gimana caranya ya?
padahal udah stok muesli, granola, chia seeds, susu lowfat tapi tetep aja yang dimakan nasi2 juga 😓
