Hello all, I haven’t posted in a while but the last time I did I was just finishing my cut. Here are some pics of the results from that cut (sept. 2023). I finished the cut weighing between 175 and 180 pounds. Don’t know the body fat percentage, but that’s not that important. I stopped the cut because the negatives were starting to outweigh the positives. One being I was starting to get really tired in the gym!
I did start a bulk right after the cut and aimed for 195 lbs, which I hit at the end of January (second pics, between 195 and 200 lbs). I gained about 17 pounds in about 22 weeks, which was the plan, to try and gain slowly to keep the bulk going longer (5 to 6 months is optimal). The bulk was a lot more fun than the cut, as expected! 🤣 The strength gained in the gym was also amazing, it felt like I was hitting pr’s weekly.
I spent most of February at maintenance calories to help keep some of the muscle I hopefully put on in my bulk. Now I am back to a slight cut…. I hope everyone is well!

May we never forget all the lives lost 22 years ago today. I personally lost a few friends that day and a few in the following years due to 9/11 related injuries. I was proud to be a part of a team that helped bring and splice all the new high voltage primary cable to One World Trade Center (Freedom Tower) and the substation in building 7. Today always feels a bit heavy…… 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

What an amazingly magical weekend! I went from never seeing a waterfall to hiking a few trails with 20 plus! The vacation water weight (and then some) came off thanks to doing just a little under 30 miles and around 60k steps over the course of this hiking trip. It was honestly so hard to choose which pics to post from this weekends hike, so many beautiful shots. Hope everyone had a great weekend!
