Well,I have been gone a long time but, on the plus side I haven't gained back any of the weight I lost. :) It is time to get back on my diet and stop treating it as a diet but as a way of life.
I'm so nervous about this I have had 2 surgeries since my last visit here been diagnosed with Lupis and now have to have Cardio Cath done to put ion a stent. But with the help of my friends who are always supportive and kind without even knowing me as a person (THANK YOU ALL) I believe I can continue to work on my weight loss and stop dieting but treat this as a way of life and not a diet. Not to mention the support I have from God.......I'm glad to be back.

Well I kinda fell off the wagon not on purpose mind you but i live on disability and grocery money is sooooo tight for me. By thelast 10 days of the month i stuck with whats left or what my mom cooks (we live together) and it is so hard to eat correctly.
Anyway i weighed in and i was doing better than i thought i only gained 2.5 to 3 pounds back so i feel blessed about that and this month i shopped smarter so i would have more choices left at end of the month. Started back on diet yesterday after being off of it for 2to3 weeks. I love Atkins it is so easy to pic yourself up an start again.

Well I just returned home after a week with my children and I'm so glad to be home so I can get back on track. I have really screwed up this week ...I didnt even keep up with journaling my food. I;m so tired and have had a long week. Time to get back to the program. I still managed to drop 2 pounds i dont know how but im thankful for that. Have a nice week everyone.

Going out of town and this time I'm ready for it.I have all the right foods packed so this time I wont have a weight gain when I get home. Last time I wasnt ready is was an unplanned trip. Im excited this time I can enjoy my children and grand-babies without stressing about food. Have a great week everyone.

I'm back on track again as of today!! 2 eggs,3slices of bacon for breakfast is a great way to start. I took the time to re-read induction chapter and go back over the last 5 weeks of my food journal to see where I made my mistakes so it dosent happpen again. Its so easy to slip on Atkins once your comfortable with the diet. I would find myself not measuring are keeping track but guessing on carbs....NOT GOOD!!!! Any way keeping that food journal and writting down what i eat and do on paper really helps me get thru and keeps me honest. I think I lost track 2 weeks ago due to a little depression and not feeling well. But thats ok I have so much support here from all you wonderful friends and I want to say thanks to all of you and God Bless!!
