I cried. I actually cried at the Gym on tuesday - I've been going faithfully with a trainer for almost a year now - I've been eating better and yet I've gained 11 Lbs since August. My BMI went down slightly but I'm just so frustrated. I want to just give up but I can't because my wedding is in 93 days. So I've started a whole new eating regime. Maybe it wasn't the fact that I wasn't eating good foods maybe it was the fact that I wasn't eating enough throughout the day to help spike my metabolism. Maybe I should switch my cardio up to 7 days a week. I just don't know where to go form here! Funny thing is I'm almost back up to my heaviest weight yet I feel so different - I don't FEEL fat, my body is shaped differently. Im sure some of you know how bad I just felt like quitting. But I said to myself "SELF, pick your ass up and get to it cause I know you can!" SO here's to starting again...
