Yesterday's meal - I think I had too much snacks last night but we'll see when I weigh in on Friday if having too much snacks lately is affecting my weight loss or not.
Day 5 of Cycle 1
Breakfast:
2 white egg whites with plum
M#2:
Spinach salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, flaxseeds, and sunflower seeds with poppyseed dressing (my favorite! But it wasn't low-fat/fat-free...:( )
M#3:
Steak & corn
Snacks:
Cucumbers with fat free cream cheese/salt/curry sprinklers (I usually eat it with bagel, but of course I skipped it), mixed nuts with cranberry raisins & whole wheat triscuit crackers
Workout:
30 minutes on elliptical in early afternoon & 30 minutes of DDR in the evening

Yesterday's meal - it wasn't bad but the snacks still got best of me. I was hungrier. I don't know why.... is it because I was working out harder?
Day 4 of Cycle 1
Breakfast:
Yogurt with 1/2 cup of berries
M#2:
Smoothie
M#3:
Large vegetable salad with 1 hard-boiled egg
M#4:
1 BOCA soy burger & brown rice with garlic salt & soy sauce
Snacks:
Cherries, wheat crackers, mixed nuts with cranberry raisins and 2 pieces of antioxidant hershey chocolates
Workout:
A hour of swimmming

Here are my meals from last 2 days... I did OK... I was more hungry so I took in more snacks that I could have. I worked out too hard and I was way hungrier... *sighs* I've gotta drink more water. That's the problem, I think.
Saturday, July 21st (Day 2 of Cycle 1)
Breakfast:
1 yogurt with plum
M#2:
Small salad
M#3:
Grilled Salmon with Kidney beans and a cup of white wine
Snack:
Carrots with hummus
M#4:
Stir-fry vegetables
Snacks:
Popcorn (GRR at my boyfriend for making one - so I had some. Darn my weakness!), trail mix, & bits of wheat crackers & laughing cow cheese
Workout:
40 minutes on elliptical, 30 minutes DDR
Sunday, July 22nd (Day 3 of Cycle 1)
Breakfast:
Wheat of Cream with berries
M#2:
Chicken Salad at Del Taco
M#3:
Salmon leftover with 3-bean salad
Snacks:
4 Dark Chocolate pieces, wheat crackers with cheese (I had like 3 slices of low-fat mozz cheese and 2 laughing cow cheese pieces)
Workout:
One approx hour of DDR

Wow! I am SO proud of myself. I went with my friend to purchase Harry Potter 5 book (I ordered mine via amazon so I have to wait a bit longer) last night and she wanted to go to Denny's for dessert and I'm happy that I didn't even have a bite of her dessert. I only had salad instead. Otherwise, I would have felt guilty as hell!
Friday, July 20th (Day 1 of cycle 1)
Breakfast:

Cup of premade Fruit
M#3:
2 servings of stir-fry vegetables & 1/2 cup of kidney beans
Snack:
: Trail mix

: Prima powebar (100 calories)

1 small bowl of caesar salad at Denny's (i had like 3 or 4 croutons but that's OK!)
Work-out Ellipitcal for a hour (I feel I could have worked harder but it's been well over a month since I last worked out so I wanted to take it easy)

Weighed in two weeks ago and yet I weigh the same, so that's good. I have been busy since. I'm just glad I was able to fit in my bridesmaid dress! (I went to Chicago last week for 6 days to be part of my best friend's wedding - I was a Maid of Honor so I'm glad I got it over with!)
I'm going to officially re-start phase 1 of EFS today and lose 10 pounds so I can reach my goal. Then from there, I will start getting in serious shape so I can wear the bikinis comfortably (probably at 115-120).
I'll also have to update on here more often to be continually motivated!
