I obviously have seen a difference in sizes with the 40 pounds coming off. But with the last couple of pounds I am finally starting to see more noticeable fat loss now. Yes there is a difference between weight loss and fat loss. I have decided to aim for 110 - 111 pounds. Just want to get rid of more cellulite on the thighs and the bra fat. Yes bra fat is a thing lol. Then with a lower fat composition I can focus more on building lean muscle. Getting close to being back to my normal. I can’t tell you how much this app and everyone’s support has helped me on this journey.
