mohon perhatian ibu2 dan bapak2,bagi yg mau diet cepat turun BB,cobain Diet Keto😁.tinggiin lemak sehat (alpukat,extra virgin olive oil,telur omega 3,extra virgin coconut oil) protein ditinggiin yah,asalkan jgn banyak pengolahan pake minyak olahan (jagung,sawit,canola,sunfolwer),usahakan prosesnya banyak yg direbus,dikukus atau dibakar,dan carilah sumber2 yg lebih alami dan organik yah.salam sehat😊

Makan pagi : jam 07.00 Full kenyang
- Oatmeal 3 sendok
- Susu full cream 250 gr
- Butter unsalted butter 1/2 sendok makan atau ecvo (extra virgin coconut oil)
- pisang 1 bh
- Chia sheed 1 sendok mkn
- Sayur 50 gr
- Ikan rebus atau ayam rebus 100 gr
- Telur putih 2
Camilan Pagi : 08.30
Kopi hitam no sugar
Makan siang 12.00-13.00
- Nasi hitam 50 gr
- Sayur bebas tumis
- Ikan rebus dan ayam rebus/bakar 200 gr
- Telur putih 1
Pre work out meal 17.00 (makanan sebelum olah raga)
-Pisang 1
- Kopi hitam
Latihan 1 jam 30 mnt
Post work out setelah lat8han Makan malam :
- Nasi hitam 50 gr
- Ikan atau ayam rebus 250 gr
- Sayur
- Alpukat 1 bh
