What a glorious sunny day ~ cool but sunny nevertheless! The painting of our house should be done by tomorrow (finally) and I can start to put things back where they belong. My eating routine has also been disrupted somewhat but I'm still doing OK. Our Thanksgiving is this weekend and I will definitely be sure to have plenty of options for myself ~ my DD is also on WW, so she and I will help each other.

I'm going into this week with a positive attitude that I will definitely stay OP every day. My weekend eating was pretty good, but I did eat more points than I was allowed *sigh*
My plans for the week include:
1. Drink a tall glass of water before each snack and meal.
2. Do at least 30 minutes of activity daily.
3. Plan meals and snacks wisely.
4. Track my food carefully and honestly.

After my 4 lb WI last week I am happy to report that I lost 3.4 of that at this yesterday's WI. I am so pleased and have been careful to follow the 8 healthy guidelines of WW. Tracking faithfully is something that I also concentrated on this past week. I feel less sluggish ~ this week I will work toward doing the same ~ 10 glasses of water, at LEAST 30 minutes of activity daily, and proper tracking every day.
