I found this app for my phone and think its a great tool!
I am single with no kids but I work almost 24/7! I had lost 20lbs last yr but i managed to gain it all back :( i pretty much know the basics of nutrition (although my diet doesn"t reflect it...) My challenge is finding a healthy diet/workout program that I can stick to considering my hectic work schedule. I'm open to any tips that are out there!
