Hello,
I'm 46 years old and from The Bahamas. I love to cook, eat and play sports. I have gained weight due to lack of exercise mainly (used to play squash on a regular basis)and I am determined to get back down to 135 lbs; my high school and most comfortable weight.
I am fit and in shape but (I currently play softball), just overweight :-) People don't think I usually weigh as much as I do. I'm currently on an exercise plan with a trainer which has built a lot of strength and stamina in me.
I simply love food and sweets, so hopefully I can stick to my guns and just do it!
I just need a little more motivation.
So I'll be 55 in March, 2021 and I must lose this excess weight. I'm still fit, flexible and solid but the pounds are annoying.
Now 57 :-)
