My weight has been a lifelong struggle. With the help of Weight Watchers and the support of my family I have lost 106 pounds and maintained at this weight for 18 months.
I find maintenance to be almost harder than the actual losing. But daily I try to make the right choices so that I can stay where I am at. It feel so much better than how I felt before!
