hi everyone
I'm 46 my highest wt was 230.Had gastric bypass in 1996 went down to 165 steady for many years with my smoking.Ended up with iron deficiency 2 major symtoms were burning of my tongue & shrinking esophagus which lead to losing 30Lbs in 1 1/2 months. Discovered Liquid Iron. Yuk! symtoms cured.Old eating habits returned with a vengenance.Gain all+ more.Then decided to stop smoking & Poof! 30Lbs more.Now was up to 205.Now gave God full control on 4/4/09 so far lost 18Lbs.I know I sound like a robot but not much room for explaination or reasons so I hope to talk to many members on the same journey to the city of "Reaching my Goal"
