My wife and I started this journey together. January of 2021 made the decision to lose weight and get healthy. Started about the same weight and are losing and maintaining right along side each other. Thought it would be a lot harder than it is. Do I miss all the food I love? Hell yeah. Do I like the results we're seeing? Indeed. Do we grant ourselves with something special every now and then? Of course, but in moderation now. Our results motivate us and we're looking forward to living better.
