I am 46, Married 20 years and counting, have 3 kids, I am 5.4 Weigh about 170 now, my highest weight has been about 175, my goal is to get to about 130. I have always tried to eat right and have tried multiple times in the past to loose weight from when I was 140lbs, but I always gave up after a short while, so this is my first real attempt at sticking to weight loss.
I work part time outside the home and some at home. we hardly eat out 'cos we think we can't afford it, so I cook a lot. Hubby is in business (struggling)so almost always gone on trips, I watch a lot of TV so I am kind of lazy but I try. My first daughter is going to college in the fall.
