I am a 42 woman, busy teacher, mother of four talented and also busy kids. Yo-yo dieter since my teens, always on a "diet" always hungry and always fat. Eight years ago I stop dieting and changed my lifestyle, became a runner and ate low carbs high protein. I dropped close to 100 lbs. A little over a year ago I got pregnant, I was advised to stop running since I had a high risk pregnancy. I quitted my gym and it's been a steady weight gain since then. My baby is 5 months old and now I weight more than when I was pregnant.
