Hello, I'm 38 y/o man divorced and I have two boys, 18 and 15. I'm trying to start my life over and show my sons how to live...doesn't matter how far you fall; what matters is if you get back up or not.
I'm into crossfit, running and weight lifting, photography, reading, movies and some tv. I'm planning on going back to school too! I'm thinking bio medical equipment.
My weight loss goals are to be around 10 to 12% body fat.
