I was on Atkins twice before. Lost 30 lbs first time and 15 last time. Now I am willing to admit that I have to stay on Atkins always. A choice I have made recently.

I began this last time on Jan. 13th 2013. Hope to lose 30 lbs by end of year and then maintenance for the rest of my life. I have so much energy, and am seeing my old figure reemerge. Good, good feeling.
