Once a +110kg volleyball / track and field athlete with 5% fat slowly reached 97kgs and 19% fat. At first I used to play volley for 4 hours a day and then gym for 2 more for 6 years. Then I started working and one day I saw myself sitting in the office chair looking at a desk drawer stacked up with goodies for the long nights.
That had to stop.
I started going to the gym at 5am for 2 hours every day but wasn’t getting the results. Then I came about Tim Ferries “4 hour body” book and literally changed the way I eat and work out.
On the first 48 days I lost ~12kg.
Still working the diet and lifestyle and using fatsecret to keep track.
My goal is to reach 82kgs and maintain.
