I used to be so skinny and underweight for what felt like forever. I could eat anything and was still a twig. Now I have gained over 25 pounds from stress and emotional eating. My gut terrifies me: how did this happen?? So here I am taking the steps to change. I am joining a gym and counting my calories, and I am here to give and receive support!
Here is my strategy::
•Intermittent fasting 16/8 ratio. Eating only between 12-8p.
•Low carb, preferably just once a week.
•Low dairy, preferably once a week.
•Gym 3 times a week (or hiking)
•Yoga asana and pranayama daily
•Reiki and chakra meditation daily
•Infrared sauna and hydro massage at each gym visit
•Avoid stress and stressful people and situations
