I'm 29 and have 3 kids with another one on the way. I love body art and I have quite the number of piercings. I am a pretty stocky guy with good muscle mass I just want to cut the extra fat away because it is quite annoying. My biggest issue is always my diet. This food diary has been great and it has shocked me the number of calories come from condiments. I work out quite a bit. I have been doing two a days for about a month now and I am starting yoga to help with flexibility. My goal is to step into the ring at rage in the cage and eventually fight on a regular basis.
