I live in minnesota and have a small place in the country. I work in health care so you would think i would be better at caring for myself.
I have 3 grown children and my 5th grandson is on the way. very excited.

I have spent my entire life on the yo-yo of weight control. tend to be an emotional eater. My goal is to lose 50 pounds. would like to average about 2-3 pounds week. No fad diets, just healthy eating and activity.
