I am 53 years old and have been dieting off and on for most of my life. Mostly off I guess because Atkins always works when I follow it. I am a medical coder so sit at a desk all day and am too pooped to want to exercise once I get home. I am really stressed out at my job right now so wheras I used to love to get up and work-out in the morning, the alarm clock lately is a reminder of the 8 hours of stress I am about to endure which makes the snooze button all too appealing! I am working on getting motivated to work out though, and now that I am watching my diet I am wanting to exercise more.
