Hello. My name is Christina. I am 30 years old. I have tried several diets off and on but I am a better starter than anything else. I have a hard time staying motivated and my husband and I eat out way too often. I have gained at least twenty pounds in this last year and I realize that I need to get my eating under control. Part of my problem with some of these diets is trying to schedule my food around my crazy working schedule. I work nights so I am always switching back and forth between nights and days. It wrecks havoc on a steady eating schedule. But, schedule or not, I do know how to make smart choices and that's what I need to do.
