Hi, MY name is Alistair. I work as a Truck driver/semi-retired. I only do four days a week. A year ago I suffered a fairly major brain injury and during my recovery, I realized my life had to change or I wouldn't make it to 70 years of age. I began changing my nutrition gave up beer and installed a gym at home. Since May of this year, I have hired an online trainer and followed his guidelines. In the last two months, I have lost 20 kgs. My goal is to shed another 10 kgs to reach 70kg. It's now January and I reached my goal of 70kg and my goal is now 63kg. at the moment I am 63.6kg
