I'm so overwhelmed with trying to lose weight and I get so hungry it seems like all of the time. I barely have any energy to get the exercise that I need and I keep joining diet and exercise smartphone apps but I also keep quitting them too. I feel like giving up but it's getting harder and harder to just walk to the store down the street and waking up from sleep is getting difficult because I feel the pull down back to my bed when I'm trying to get out of the bed.
