I am a 56 year old wife, mother and grandmother. I have been overweight since second grade minus 5 years in my early 20's. I use to enjoy a lot of things but have become completely sedentary over the past couple of years. My sister passed away last April but before she left, she expressed her concern for my weight and depression. I lost 50 lbs and then Thanksgiving and Christmas came. I didn't do badly but then my mom died. I know these are all just excuse but I am finding it difficult to get back on track.
My highest weight was 235. I began THIS leg of the journey at 200 lbs. My goal is to get to 135 lbs. I am 4'11".
