I'm a 50 year old teacher who has struggled with weight all my life. I'm 5'8" and am suffering from empty nest syndrome. My 18 year old daughter will be off to college in less than 3 weeks and I'm feeling a little lost. I've been married to the same man for 33 years (yeah I got married young - too young). I'm tired of letting the extra 30 pounds consume my life and my thoughts. I need help if there's anyone out there who can relate.
