So here is the deal in a nut shell weight has been a problem for my family. So based on my family history (go figure) I’m over weight. I want this to change and leave a new legacy for my future family; instead of a family who struggle and are unhappy with their weight to a family that is fit, healthy, and have zeal for life. Are genetic entirely to blame? No, but it is a factor. The other reason I’m over weight? I turn to food for EVERYTHING. Board =EAT Stressed=EAT Happy=EAT Sad=EAT etc. Not only did all these things equate to eating but eating chip, candy, and other horrible food that are not only fatty but lacking nutrients like basic vitamins and minerals. I would also eat these foods in abundance. Then the inevitable guilt would hit but that just made me want to eat more! The time to change has come.
