Hello and how are you? A warm welcome to all of you on the long windy road of dieting, with me. sometimes we have uphill days sometimes we glide freely downhill, whatever the case may be just remember the number one thing is to believe in yourselves.
There are many of us who struggle with a skewed self image and although dieting can be a helpful tool to gain self confidence I want all of you to remember what is even more important: your heart and your health. You are loved and you are wonderfully made never forget that and never feel like you must intentionally punish yourselves or go hungry to fit a certain "visual norm."
Love is patient and love is kind, these words to not exclude self love. Take care of yourselves on your road to your best you!
