I frequently forget to add info to food pics, log exercise or chart everything I eat in a day so feel free to ask questions.
I do not diet. I simply make sure the majority of what I take in is healthy and in the appropriate range for calories depending on my activity for that day/week/month, etc. There is nothing wrong with junk food as long as you keep it a treat like it is intended to be rather than making it a meal. No one develops liver disease because they have a beer once in awhile and no one is going to an early grave because they have a Snickers every now and again. It's all about personal responsibility, honesty and moderation. You should enjoy life; just don't lessen how much of it you have in the process.
