I have been fighting obesity all my life. I was at an ideal weight during my late teens and early 20s. Started to pack on the lbs during my first pregnancy and yo-yo dieted from there. I'm now 73 and all the joints in my body hurt. I had one knee replacement surgery but nearly died because of my weight. My feet have collapsed tibial tendons. I wear special diabetic shoes and inserts but I walk with a cane and live with pain daily.. I must do this!
