I'm currently a college student in visiting America. I am doing my best to learn English well and finish my studies! For a while, I have been stuck at a 100-105 lb range, with some muscle but too much fat. As a figure skater, I must change this by June. My goal is to achieve 92 lb at first, then get to 84 lb by the end of the year. However, to me more important than weight loss is fat loss and muscle and agility gain.
