I am 23 years old, and very out of shape! I am a mother of a beautiful 2 year old, and need activities that I can do to lose weight that will include him... such as going for long walks. I am very out of shape, so I need somewhere to start that wont make me drop dead. I have very low self esteem, and I know that losing weight will help me love myself again. I am 5'7" and 250 lbs. I need help!!
