I have never been totally happy with my weight, but since September 11 have put on quite a bit of "love lard". I joined this site primarily to see where I was going wrong; I'm quite an active and fit person and generally eat healthily, so I'm using this site to further educate myself about food, and to help me get into good habits that are sustainable. I don't believe in "diets", but I do believe in a healthy diet.
I'm also returning to the student life in September so am hoping to make my good habits cheap habits!
