This year is all about getting fit again. I used to be pretty skinny but due to work, late nights, partying, etc. etc. I started to put on a LOT of weight. My waist went from 32 inches to 39inches. Not a pretty sight.
So I started my program on the 30th April 2014 and my goal is to get fit and toned by the end of the year just in time for Australian summer. :)
So far so good and this site and mobile app is awesome :)
