I was 175 lbs at the start of my Diet in June 2014.This is a picture of me at 166 lbs after I was trying the 5 bite diet but that is not the diet for me because,I Like to eat and it only allows you 10 bites a day. Me and my mom and my sister are on a high Protien and Low Carb diet and I am 148.4 lbs right now.I have lost about 16 lbs since I have been on this diet if you want to call it a Diet because I do eat as you will see.I went from a Size 14 to a 10 and now I'm well on my way to my goal and it is 120 lbs Thanls for reading :-)
