I am a wife and mother to 2 of the best kids around,defiant BUT good :) I am a Nationally Registered Paramedic and Cafeteria Assistant for our school. I never hada wieght problem until after my 2nd child and slow EMS stations. I went on Weight Watchers and lost from186 to 132, maintained well until I stopped going to meetings and following my plan :( Unfortunately I cannot afford to go back to weight watchers right now so I, along with a friend are tring 1400 calories a day. Wish me luck and lots of prayers and encourage for developing an excercise program that I can maintain :)
