Hi, my name is Bridget. I'm a soon to be 58 year old female and have fought the weight battle for as long as I can remember. Never a huge amount of weight but ranging between 5 to 25 pounds my entire life. So I know how to diet or at least use to know! Now, I have about 10 to 15 lbs. I'd like to drop and I am finding it almost impossible to take it off. I've tried starvation (1000 cal and under) and then up to 1600 cal a day. I exercise for about an hour at least 5 days a week and still just can't get this weight to budge.
