I actually started this journey at 226 pounds in October 2013, when I was diagnosed with T2 diabetes. I will consider my diet a success when I reach the "healthy" BMI range beginning at 154 pounds. I haven't weighed that much, I mean, little, since I joined the USAF back in 1975. I wore size 10 when it really meant something good.

seasonal allergies
Current nutritional balance:
1200 calories per day, consisting of 5% carbs, 15% protein, and 80% fats
Preferences:
Organic, grass fed, free range whole foods
