Hi,
I am married and a mother of 3. Due to migraines I decided to change my diet and workout. So far it has been working well... I have lost weight and inches but still have 8 lbs to go. Usually the last few pounds are the hardest to lose. I need to learn how to keep track of my calorie intake as I am not good at dieting.
I am really liking this site where it's easy to track the calorie intake. I pray I stick with it and can lose and most importantly maintain the weight off!
